1.  Hotel minimum stay

No minimum stay is required.
However, please note that each hotel may apply its own specific terms and conditions (2 or 3 night minimum stay requested by some hotels).

2. Deposit policy

Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been received by bnetwork. 

The requested deposit corresponds to : 
- the amount of all the nights booked
- breakfast and local taxes can be added to the deposit

Full prepayment of the reservation : you can also proceed to the full payment of your reservations including breakfasts and local taxes directly with bnetwork. For that, bnetwork must receive this information upon reservation.  

Payment deadline before cancellation your reservation: 
·  Until January 25th, 2026 included: within 10 working days 
· Between January 26th to February 28th, 2026, included: within 5 working days 
·  Between March 01st to 13th, 2026, included: within 2 days 
·  From March 14th , 2026: within 24H

If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.

Administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction. These fees are non refundable.

3.  Changes and cancellation policy

bnetwork accommodation department must be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. If you made your reservation via our online accommodation booking tool (ethcc.bnetwork.com), you are able to check or modify your booking online. 

·  For all cancellation made until December 16th, 2025, included, no penalty will be applied and the deposit paid will be refunded (net of administrative fees).

·  For all cancellations made between December 17th and February 25th 2026, included, one (1) night per room cancelled will be charged (except for the hotels having a 2 night minimum stay, in that case, two (2) nights will be charged)

·  For all cancellations made between February 26th and March 14th 2026, included, two (2) nights per room cancelled will be charged (for 2 nights reservations and more)

·  From March 15th 2026 included, the full amount of the reservation booked will be charged in case of cancellation or shortened stay. 

Crytocurrency Payment:

Payments made in cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable. By selecting this payment method, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Amounts paid in cryptocurrency are immediately converted into euros by our authorized payment providers, making it technically impossible to return the funds in cryptocurrency or any monetary equivalent.
2. Due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, there is no refund or cancellation process comparable to credit card or bank transfer payments.
3. The cancellation and refund provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale therefore do not apply to payments made in cryptocurrency.
4. This rule also arises from our legal obligations regarding financial compliance, in particular anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) regulations, which require tracing and justification of all crypto-to-fiat conversions. These obligations make it impossible to return original funds to an unverified crypto wallet.

Consequently, any cryptocurrency payment is deemed firm and final, with no possibility of refund or cancellation, except as required by mandatory law.

4.  Accommodation invoicing process

·  bnetwork collects deposit payment for all accommodation reservations. 
·  Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s) (minus the 2% administrative fees).
· bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved for you and the amount to be paid to confirm them.
· You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the deposit payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice be issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure (breakfasts, taxes, extras, etc.).

· Please address any specific invoicing details or requests to bnetwork directly and they will be communicated to the accommodation providers accordingly. TVA may be applied to your invoices.

5. Apartments and Villas reservations with our partner agencies

Each estate agencies applies its own terms and conditions concerning payments, cancellation policy minimum stay, etc…Please kindly ensure you take note of all the rules before booking your accommodation.

For any apartment booking, please note that the deposit required corresponds to the full stay amount.
